I agree with Domenico Betunio (see "ECNs, Exchanges: Italian stock exchanges codes").
Concerning Italian Exchanges and ECNs, the "MI" code available is not sufficient to uniquely address them.
Here I complete the list, suggested by D. Betunio, of the Italian exchanges and ECNs with the current local code used:

R011 Italian "Ristretto" Stock Market (Mercato Ristretto)

Another market based in Milan is the "Italian Derivatives Market (IDEM)", its local code is "0030".
We need to have an exchange identifier allocated for IDEM too.
