Dear All :
i want to know when i sent order command
i received tag 58 = No such instrument
it means no product (but market data has this product)

      and i try to send other product 
      i received tag 
      58 = ptAddOrderEx failed: Market Data Server is not connected
      i don't understand why server replied this message

      i just coded about code of order  and code of market data
      is spread  these code is not  bonded

Franki,
best to contact the people to whom you are connecting, they will be able to tell you directly.

You are getting a reply that says there is no instrument, which means
either your counterparty system does not have it, you have spelt it wrong or you need some other code?

  1. the other system may need to do a lookup in its market data and you are getting a reply letting you know. Once again, you should contact the support people of the system you are connecting to.
