Acknowledgement for "Cross order cancel"

Hello,

I was thinking about acknowledgement of messages, and it has come to my mind the following question.

Cross order cancel request and cross order cancel/replace request, can they be acknowledged by order cancel reject? If so, how can i relate the order cancel reject to the order cancel request?
