What is the correct response to send to an allocation with an AllocTransType of 2 (cancel)?

An Allocation ACK of type 3 - ‘received’, to be sent on receipt of the cancellation message, followed by another Allocation ACK of type 0 - ‘accepted/processed’ once the cancellation has actually been actioned.
