D35 details a part filled cancelled order getting a bust followed by an execution. After the last execution in the example Order status = Cancelled , Cum Qty = 4000, Leaves Qty = 0. So does this mean that we can continue to get fills untill all 10,000 are filled what will be the order status at this point ?
Also after Last execution in the example Can we allow Replace of the order? what will be the order status after the Replace is accepted ?

Logically speaking, you can receive fills upto 5000 quantity. After that, the buy side can DKT the fills it receives because the order was cancelled in step 6 when the cum qty is 5000.

Since the Order is cancelled, the Order status should be Cancelled.
