This position will work closely with the SAs,
DBAs, Infrastructure and AD teams to support
system implementations for the CDO business.
These implementations are a suite of applications
written in .NET, Excel, C, Java, JSP, SQL and run
on Tomcat, UNIX, Sybase and
Wintel.
Responsibilities:
Provide
post-implementation support to end users to help
with break / fix work as well as evaluate and
define user enhancement requests. Manage
enhancements and infrastructure changes through
testing and into release. Write scripts to help
support and monitor the back-end
environment.
The candidate must have excellent problem
