This is an excellent opportunity for either a junior Business Analyst or Developer to join the Direct Market Access team who sit on the trade floor for a Tier 1 Global Investment Bank. The selected candidate will be groomed into a more project management role in time to drive front office trading system improvement projects. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be able to deal with traders confidently and have a good understanding of Equities. Applicants must also have an understanding of system design, trade flow and client/broker connectivity. Other benificial skills could include Structured Analysis techniques, Java, C++, FIX, SQL or Unix.
