The Business Manager is responsible for assisting in the planning of resources, capital and non-capital, and in creating, monitoring and enforcing sound business practices and processes to facilitate the technical and financial goals of the IT organization. The Business Manager works with HR, Business Units, IT Finance, IT Account Managers and IT Administration on all central issues related to the operation of WEST. Day to Day Responsibilities include: 1. Budget/Forecast Management 2. YTD - Analytics and Reporting 3. Business Case/Opportunity Analyses 4. Manpower Resource Planning 5. Financial Management, including: A. Monthly accruals B. Invoice processing C. Allocation methodologies D. MERs -Review for correctness and completeness -Review against Target/Budget -Review against actual spend 6. Resource Prioritization (Manpower and capital)
