Large city investment bank requires a senior technical C++ developer with excellent knowledge of writing API’s to European, American and Japanese exchanes. (Liffe, Eurex, CBOT, WALL ST. Candidate will work on a front office index arbitrage system. As this is a senior position my client is willing to pay SIX FIGURE base salary or a high contract daily rate. Candidate must come from a long contracting / permanent background. Candiadte will also be asked to carry out other IT work within front office. Candidate must have strong Unix technical experience. Skills: C++, TCP / IP, Unix, Sybase, Fix Protocol.
