In checking through the FIX 4.2 specs for exchanges, there does not appear to be a code for Cairo (ISO MIC XCAI) from http://fixprotocol.org/specifications/exchanges.shtml We need this as it is an exchange we trade through.
Has the list of (Reuters - this still being 4.2) exchanges been updated to have a valid value for this added? There is a comment in another thread that CA was proposed for this, but nothing official seems to have been published.
(We cannot move to post 4.2 where ISO MICs are supported as the LSE Hub only supports 4.2).

Cairo and Alexandria Exchange has been assigned code “CA” in the Reuters Exchange list. Thanks.
