Undergraduate Degree, Specialization in Computer Science, Engineering or
Business related discipline desirable
2-5 years in IT and/or Equities business. Preferably, in application support
using the essential technical skills listed below:
- Unix: including scripting (preferably Perl)
- Any RDBMS (preferably Oracle or Sybase)
- FIX protocol
- Messaging protocols (MQ and Rendezvous)
Hands on equity trading floor experience is an essential requirement. This person must have experience resolving time critical trading floor issues. Team leading experience, preferably in a global production environment.
