There are two mandatory fields for CBOT(ACE) orders which I cannot see FIX fields for:-
Origin (1=Customer,2=Non-customer,3=House Floor Broker etc)
CustomerTypeIndicator (Own, House, Other Broker/Member, Other Customer)
Am I missing something or will I have to use User-defined fields?
I would have thought FIX 4.3 would have addressed these.

These fields can be used for all futures Exchanges that require these data elements. CTI equates to Tag 582 (CusOrdCapacity). Origin equates to tag 581 (AccountType)

The Futures and Options Working group tried to put together orders and exeution request responses examples for futures and options in Volume 7. These may be helpful as you continue to work with 4.3 for these products.

Additionally, if you feel that we missed some examples or other need some clarifications, please post your concerns.
