Is there any document summarizing the major changes in 5.0?

I have a MiFID gap analysis proposing some changes and a Summary of MiFID changes approved by Global Technical Commitee.

  1. Some of proposed changes appeared in the 5.0 RC documentation, but did not in the MiFID Summary (e.g. adding NoRoutingIDs <215>, <216>, <217> repeating sequence to Market Data Snapshot/Full Refresh message).

  2. Some of approved changes are not mentioned in the documentation (e.g. ExecInst <18> field is about to be added an enum “Best Execution” but it is not mentioned in the Volume 7 document to that field).
