SUMMARY OF OVERALL POSITION
This position is responsible for providing 2nd level external developer support of TT*s FIX products (e.g., TT FIX Adapter, TT FIX Gateway) and for developing tools to aide the TT software deployment and diagnosis. This person will be responsible for documenting common questions and their corresponding answers, providing sample code to developers, and assisting in development environment setup.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide pre-sales technical support and developer support for TT’s FIX products: FIX Adapter and FIX Gateway.
- Write tools using TT*s FIX SDK that can be used as example code to help external developers and can be used for internal testing of the TT FIX products

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
Associates or Bachelors Degree in IS or related field -
SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS
Understanding of Software Engineering process and general familiarity with software development environments.
Professional programming experience or degree in Computer Science
Financial Industry experience
2+ years of C++ -
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
