Major brokerage firm rolling out brand new electronic trading/connectivity business plan requires exceptional development talent (2+ years minimum building client connectivity solutions, either within a brokerage or technology vendor) with ability to describe both what they’ve built and their approach. Individuals who want influence across development lifecycle especially interesting and any of the following skills also of interest (although key to roles are software engineering talent, communication skills and appetite for getting things done quickly): FIX, Java/J2EE, C#, .Net, OMS, APIs. Must have discplined approach to software engineering and take pride in releasing a world class platform into production. Strong academics are expected but your experience will be what gets you through the door. Interviewing in 05 for 06 budget.
