Commissions, fees, netmoney: cumulative or not?

Scenario:
A large order is sent to a broker.
The broker fills the order in several lots with several executions.

Question:
Should Commission(12), MiscFeeAmt(137), and NetMoney(118) be CUMULATIVE amounts, or just the amounts for that particular lot/partial fill?

I’d like to hear what your experiences are when this is calculated by the broker?

Fix 4.0 is vague as to what is correct.
