1) remove the FI disclaimer from CommType (13) "2 = percentage" since "points" is not the same as "percentage" and 2) add an enumeration "7 = spread" with a definition of "points spread to the mid-point market price". You might also consider changing value 1 to "1 = per unit" (implying shares, par, currency, etc.) and adding an entry "8 = per contract" with contract size equating to the new Denomination we added to the <InstrumentExtension> block.
