My client, a leading, global financial technology company based in London, is urgently looking for a Connectivity Analyst. You will have a good knowledge of FIX and its implementation, Exchange connectivity, buy side OMS and trading environments, and some understanding of multiple asset classes such as FX, Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives. Any Java dev expereience would be a plus. Responsibilities will include internal and external liaison to write technical specification for broker certifications, requirements gathering, analysis and design, certify with brokers using FIX and 3rd level support for client FIX issues. You will ensure that specs are of a professional quality and functionality reflects the specification. You will review testing scenarios related to functional/design specs, hold specification walkthroughs, ensure new versions of the product conform to the spec and produce a detailed development plan with the delivery manager. An excellent role in a superb company with exposure to the world’s best asset management organisations. Slary will range between £40-50k according to experience.
