Our client is a leading software supplier to investment management houses, investment banks, fund managers and hedge funds operating in Global Financial Markets. Its products support all aspects of Sales, Trading, Order Management and Risk Management covering products including Credit and Interest Rate Derivatives, Fixed Income, Equities, FX and Money Markets in addition knowledge of FIX would be advantagous. An established organisation with an excellent reputation of delivery, it is seeking to hire key individuals to join its European Sales team to develop new business and be part of their growth strategy.
You will have: At least 3 years experience of new business sales in financial markets, a successful track record of over achievement for software solutions sales to financial markets, a good network of current contacts in both UK and Europe. In addition to these skills you will develop new business by cold calling, have the ability to manage complex sales processes, develop excellent client relationships by proposing solutions to meet specific needs and requirements and know when to close business.
This is an exciting stage to join where you will be given a territory to include Investment Banks, Fund Management and Hedge Funds with clients both in the UK and a designated European market. A good academic background with excellent communication and presentation skills are key.
