I am interested Customer Type Indicator codes (CTI) for CME and other US exchanges and was after any information on any 3rd party providers, or if Fix protocol can access this type of data on executed trades?

Although, not third party, The CME does provide a program called Ilink, in which it converts the CTI codes into Fix down to the exchange. So yes, CTI can be used through FIX but only version 4.2+ supports it.
I believe you can also request/download the SDK for I-Link from the CME Globex on from them or their website and you can develop your own third-party application.
