Managing a development team of 6/8 staff
Delivery of all system changes: core, web and GUI
Pre-sales support
Software QA and customer relationships
Preparation of business cases for significant development projects
Monthly reporting to board
Staff recruitment and appraisal
Ensuring project methodology is followed.
Creating and managing annual budget and ensuring that the team is
self-funding through income derived from 50% annual licence fees and bespoke development work for clients.
