Dictionary FIX50.xml with extension packs?

Jim: Thanks for the quick reply.

This issue has been reported as WEB-1001 (note we are working on exposing certain parts of our Jira issue tracking on the next version of the technical website).

To definitively answer the question - Yes a FIX Repository through EP196 is available. Apparently right now you can’t have it  Also please note we are about to release Extension Packs through EP205.

Unfortunately I see we still have a defect on our website. The FIX Repository was made available to non-members about two years ago. The FIX website still prevents non-members from accessing the repository file. I am submitting a defect report today. Contact the program office of FIX and ask them to send you the file while we sort out the problem. I can’t access the repository despite being associated with a member firm.

You can find all of the artifacts available for EP196 (including the FIX Repository files) here: http://www.fixtradingcommunity.org/pg/extensions/extension-pack?ExtensionID=EP196

The EP at that link is an FIXML schema, not a FIX repository. The fix-reposotory-to-quickfix doesn’t work for it. Is there a repository version of EP-196 available?

Thanks,
Jeff

Hi Rene,

You should be able to convert the FIX repository to a QuickFix dictionary by using https://code.google.com/archive/p/fix-repository-to-quickfix-xml.

The greatest & latest fix repository (EP196) is available in: http://www.fixtradingcommunity.org/pg/file/fplpo/read/2686432/ep196-fixml-schema

I know it still requires some work at your end… (sorry about it).

I hope it helps,
Yuval

Hi

is there a dictionary FIX50.xml available for download which includes the extension packs?

Regards René

The issue of access to EP repository files has been resolved - WEB-1001.
Web site users who are logged in should now be able to access repository zip files.
