Principal Responsibilities: Management of a 12 to 15 person team of systems administrators, who oversee and manage all system connectivity issues, upgrades and changes. Complete responsibility for all issues relating to any area of the computers, networks and software.
Monitoring (hourly basis) all system functions to ensure proper function and anticipate difficulties and problems on a pro-active basis.
Complete responsibility of all network services and relationships. (Savvis, Radianz, TNS) Anticipate and manage outage troubles with client base about network difficulties.
Manage Administrators on the floor of the NYSE.
Complete responsibilities of licensing needs and knowledge of all exchange requirements.
Report and status monitoring for senior management. Create and build a team environment to prepare organization for rapid growth.
Knowledge / Experience / Skills: Team management of between 10 and 20 professional. Strong operation and system administration knowledge essential.

> FIX protocol
> ASP environments
> Buyside/Sellside OMS & Network structures and environments
> International Markets a plus
> Broker Dealer Marketplace
