Job Title: Director, Product Line Manager, Performance Measurement Services
Knowledge:- STP,ECN, FIX , Strong knowlege Securities Settlement Processing (BUY SIDE)preferred.
Location: London
Function: In keeping with Our Client¡¦s Vision to grow its current product lines while expanding globally into new areas, this leadership role will act as the primary business driver and champion for the Performance Measurement product line. This will entail a combination of seeking new opportunities while managing and leveraging the existing business line.
Key initiatives will include:
ć Create an Executive plan for development and implementation of existing infrastructure projects for Performance Management Services.
ć Work in close collaboration with the Strategic Development team to develop new opportunities and orchestrate a plan ranging from concept development to implementation.
The team will need to work collaboratively across multiple functions and geographies to evolve Our Client¡¦s penetration and breadth in Performance Measurement Services.
Responsibilities: The Product Line Manager for Performance Measurement Services will have a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
ć Market needs assessment
ć Business case development
ć Writing Business Requirements and liaising with Product Development
ć Product launches
ć Promotional campaigns coordinated with Regional Product Management
ć Competitive assessments
ć Improve infrastructure of existing products
ć Pricing
ć Sales Support
ć Industry White Papers
ć Documentation creation
ć Organizational, Industry, and Client communications
ć Staff development
Relationships: Reports to Executive Director, Global Product Management
Qualifications: ć 5 - 10 years product management experience. This experience should have involved: new product releases, managing multiple products simultaneously including existing and new product lines with demonstrable success growing a product/product line.
ć Product management experience with technology based products and exposure to the financial services industry are required
Knowledge of Securities Settlement Processing preferred ¡V at a minimum, a good understanding of how our clients settle their security transactions.
Experience working in an organization with multiple projects under a Program Management structure
Demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams
3+ years experience managing people- team locations- NY- London
BA/BS College degree required
Excellent analytical skills
Very strong communication skills
Experience with Project Management software
Approximately 20% international and domestic travel required
