Dear all,
Does anyone has a definition on the difference between Trader Discretion and Care Discretion order?
Thanks in advance
Jane
I am assuming that your question is how do you express a "Trader Discretion" or "Careful Discretion" order via FIX. See "Appendix E - Order Handling and Instruction Semantics" in "FIX 4.2 with Errata 20010501" or see "Order Handling and Instruction Semantics" within Volume 4 of "FIX 4.3".

>Careful Discretion is a generic order condition which requires the order to be executed by spreading it out over the entire day.
Trader discretion is an order condition that gives the executing broker the ability to execute the order according to their view on how the stock may perform that day.
