TSE has various message definitions.
(I do not know which one you mean.)
For example,Stock,CB,Future/Option with proprietary format and some of them with FIX-based.
As far as I know, their FIX is based on 4.1.
And new price conditions are defined on page-82 chapter4 of 4.3.
Could you refer to "the Japanese Exchanges" Work Group session?
You can find the E-mail address of them.
The spec. may be limited to the members, but try to contact first.
