Duplicate OrderQtyData reference in CrossCxlSideGroup

Hi,

I am working with fixml4.3v200920 and noticed that element CrossCxlSideGroup includes two references to OrderQtyData. I’m not an expert in DTD’s but is this correct or even valid. If this is valid why are there two references to OrderQtyData the CrossCxlSideGroup structure.
