Encore Consulting Services is a boutique professional services firm focused on delivering strategically-aligned; technology enabled; business solutions to the financial services community.
We are looking to add to our consulting staff with individuals whose background encompass both financial services and technology expertise, specifically within the brokerage and trading arena.
We have a current client looking for an individual with a background in ECN documentation and training. This individual will be responsible for the following tasks: Working with developer’s to gather and create documentation on the current system. Developing internal and external support documentation (i.e. Developer’s Guides, Message Specifications, Certifications Test Scripts) Developing Operations Procedures (i.e. Troubleshooting) Coordinating and conducting training sessions on ECN. Disseminating updates and necessary information to all necessary departments.
Experience with documenting IT system/applications and with developing operations procedures
We need a candidate with excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience with creating test scripts, and experience with creating and conducting training sessions and a comprehensive knowledge of Electronic Trading Systems applications and FIX Protocol.
