With 2+ years experience as a project member on-site for advanced trading systems implementations, you should have a strong academic track record (finance, engineering, computer science) and some experience of systems which support as many of: Equities, Credit Derivatives, Fixed Income, Interest Rate Derivatives, FX/MM, FX Options, Risk Management. This experience will have been gained over 2-3 years in a financial software environment - either with a software house or directly inside a financial institution.
