DESCRIPTION:
Bloomberg Electronic Trading Implementation EMEA is seeking a dynamic
individual to project manage connectivity set-ups (FIX, AEP, API), within a customer facing environment. You will be responsible for the life-cycle of the project including initial FIX set-up, certification and production rollout. You will need excellent customer service skills to liaise with internal and external customers both, business and technical. You will be able to proactively manage your own time within a high volume project queue. The role is predominantly technical but basic financial market knowledge would be an advantage.
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of the following products: EOR, IOI, Tradebook, FX, Auto-Ex Fixed Income, API, Data License. The qualified applicant will have a minimum of three years experience or equivalent in a Help Desk environment with excellent phone skills. A solid technical background, including windows applications, a basic understanding of UNIX, FTP and TCP/IP is also advantageous. The ideal person should be calm under pressure, able to multi-task, a team player and customer focused.
A second European language would be an advantage.
