Leading investment bank are seeking an experienced Application Support Team Leader to head up the Program Trading support desk function.
Coming from a strong Equities apps support background you should have a strong background with interacting with a demanding front office user base inclusive of internal & external clients.
Technically you will have a thorough knowledge of SQL; Unix; Sybase (ideally). The duties of the support function extend to: trade entry, execution, algorithmic stock trading, DMA. Additionally: confirmation systems and Exchange Infrastructure will need occasionally attention.
This is a small team of 3 (inc Team Leader) so you will need to be hands on and play an active part in being the 1st point of contact for all technical application issues.
This is a permanent role based in London, re-location & Visa sponsorship is not available.
