Our Current Needs:<br><br>
Senior PL/SQL Database Developer to design, implement and manage Oracle databases in support of Energy/RiskNet trading applications. Other responsibilities include: Write and support backend processes to manage production data sets;
Monitor and support existing database processes and related historical data; Improve current data flows and work with database administrators to manage data; Help users with reports and ad-hoc requests; Document technical specifications for database applications; Interact with systems administrators, traders, business unit heads, and senior management. <br><br>
Key Qualifications: A thorough understanding of relational database technology; Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL and SQL; Experience with data modeling using ER/Win; Experience with Windows NT, Unix , and Unix scripting a plus; Financial services or financial markets knowledge a plus; Knowledge of FIX messaging protocol a plus.<br><br>
