The Business Analyst will work within the IT team, acting as an interface between the Equities Trading businesses and the systems applications/development, QA and programming areas. This role involves not only translating business needs into IT requirements but also advising the clients of what functionality the systems can provide. Must have: \*Experience in Program Trading and or equity risk management system is required. \*Understanding of FIX and FIX-based systems \*Ability to clearly communicate business requirements and specifications at the appropriate detail level \*Ability to identify business requirements and propose options to deliver a solution to the business \*Ability to converse clearly to both business users and IT development/QA teams Please contact Patrick Burke at 908.273.6960 ext. 102 for further details.
