Individual will be responsible for designing, supporting, troubleshooting and maintaining Electronic Trading System infrastructure. Will interface with U.S Stock Exchanges and Electronic Connectivity Networks (ECN); Will work as a liaison between the Business Units and the developers to gather requirements and deploy sensible business solutions. Will gather Exchange requirements and work closely with developers to integrate those changes into the environment. Candidate must have great analytical, organizational and communication skills. This is a hands-on position that requires the individual to gain in-depth knowledge of the equities business and the technologies required to ensure the competitive edge of the company. Candidate will be expected to be able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. The candidate should have a good understanding of FIX.
Skills Required The candidate should have good working knowledge Unix, Networking, XML, SQL, Shell and Perl programming is a plus.
Base Salary will be determined by the level of experience that the candidate brings. The base could be anywhere from 120k to 135k and a bonus.
