Interface with Prop Traders, Quants and Technology.
Responsibilities:
•Assume ownership of a project from inception through completion
•Partner with business sponsors to research and document business
requirements
•Draft detailed functional specification documents
•Translate requirements to development staff and assist with system
design
•Develop and present proof of concept prototype designs
•Create detailed test plans
•Execute and validate results of function and regression test cases
•Coordinate and support user acceptance test cycle
•Create reference documentation for end users
•Oversee implementation of new software
•Conduct user training sessions as necessary
•Administer systems (e.g. user administration, maintain entitlements,
etc.)
•Provide post production support and track open issues
•Maintain a part time presence on the trading floor
•Manage two business analysts
up to 150K base (depending on experience) + bonus
