Develop and maintain Internet facing web applications using industry standard technologies such as DOT NET, C#, ASP.NET, J2EE, JSP, EJB, WebLogic, HTML, XML, Javascript, Visual Basic, Java, Web Services, Portals
Incorporate project manage skills to manage one or more projects
Interface with 3rd party vendor to provide ongoing support, maintenance and enhancements of multiple applications and systems for the Equity Capital Markets division using C, C++, SQL, Microsoft Reporting Service
Develop web applications that connect to backend relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server 2000
Create database tables, views, queries, triggers, and stored-procedures
Provide input on web platform design and configuration to maximize application performance
Provide application support to users
Recommend solutions for new applications and enhancements for existing applications
Create specification documents, business and technical.
Develop technical documentation of application design and maintenance
Work on interface and integration of front-end applications to the back office systems.
Implement best practices for software code development, re-use, and componentization
