A large scale U.S. securities bank currently requires an experienced Senior Developer / Architect for their Asian Equities Team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Play a key role in a team of high-caliber developers & support specialists working in Tokyo and Hong Kong
- Develop and support systems specifically targeted on Asian markets and ensure that these integrate with the Firm¿s global systems
- Participate in the development and deployment of major infrastructure processes that support various trading applications
- Gather and analyze system and business requirements for equity trading system.

QUALIFICATIONS
Previous banking industry is not essential for skilled technical candidates
Japanese is not essential. (Relocation is available for qualified candidates)
- Proven history of delivering high-quality software relating to the financial industry
- Extensive development experience in C++
- Experience with Linux, client/server architectures, Sybase/SQL, and scripting languages
