Large City Investment bank requires an experienced Equity Derivatives prime brokerage trade support / client on-board support analyst to support banks trading clients. Candidate will Support, development and maintenance of client interfaces (reports, report delivery, trade capture) New client on-boarding and configuration (reports, connectivity, testing). Assisting with system demos to existing and prospective clients Documenting requirements from clients and PB reps for report, process and system enhancements. BAU tasks including ad-hoc reporting and assisting Front Office and client initiatives. General EFG Application and business process support, including out of hours work / overnight support (via dial-in)Skills and Aptitude Required SQL and Perl Scripting The successful candidate will be personable and confident of their technical knowledge, able to discuss technical matters with both IT and non-IT teams. Self-starter and a quick learner, willing to take ownership of issues and tasks, and manage them through to resolution / completion. Technically able to design and build SQL based reports. These should be generic, accurate and conform to development and performance standards.Skills and Aptitude Preferred: Unix scripting, VB6, Sybase, general product knowledge (equities, bonds, etc), general trading flow exposure.
