INET ATS (Alternative Trading System) is one of the premier electronic market centers for OTC and listed stock trading in the US. As a trading venue focused on offering first-rate technology infrastructure for its broker-dealer clients, INET ATS is actively seeking ambitious, hard-working individuals with an understanding of trading and markets, a technology background, a customer focus and a willingness to learn new things.
Candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, MIS, Systems, Networking, or Trading and Financial Markets. The position is located in NJ just across the water from the Financial District in Manhattan, and is easily accessible via ferries or the WTC Path station.
The role of the Trading Services Specialist is mostly daily operational and technical support for all 900+ client connections to the INET ATS electronic trading system. The role requires daily real-time interaction with both traders and technology staff at the various broker-dealer client sites connecting to INET ATS. Additional responsibilities include system certification tests, connectivity tests, technical setups and thorough knowledge of the INET ATS trading system.
Other information:
·Series 7, 63, 55 license desirable but not required
.At least 2-4 years FIX experience required
·Previous experience in financial markets desirable but not required
·Studies in MIS or technology highly desirable
·Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills required
·Ability and desire to work in a team environment required
