Generally prefer to describe party accepting the order more generically than "broker", which does not fit well with exchange system receipt and acceptance of an order.

Comment for ExecID might better read "Unique identifier of execution message as assigned by sell-side (broker, exchange, ECN)."

Description should read similarly.

This has been addressed for the final release of FIX 4.3 (post-Draft #3). Thank you.

Amended OrderID, ExecID, etc, "by broker" textual references to read "by sell-side (broker, exchange, ECN)" post-Draft #3. [PC20010628_4], [PC20010628_6]
