Cabinet trades are used to indicate prices that trade at a price lower than that available on an exchange. Proposal is to add two new enumerations to PriceType (tag 423)

11 - Fixed cabinet trade price
12 - Variable cabinet trade price

I believe this would also result in the removal of the 4.4 Draft #1-only field: CabinetIndicator (753)
