For those of you who have been following the patent litigation process.
The CAFC issued an opinion yesterday re the Realtime appeal:

All, I have received a number of questions offline via mail about the significance of the decision. I'm not an attorney, so I asked one who is. He commented that all grounds of non-infringement were affirmed. As far as I understand it, Realtime can still petition for a rehearing by the CAFC or the Supreme Court. Question is if this would be granted. I believe thay have 90 days to file. We'll see.
