What is the purpose of the AlertValue field in the FastAlert message? Is is a propriertary field to further describe the standardized AlertCode?
If not, what is the value-range and is it mandatory or not?

Moreover, the AlertCode does only have error-codes specified in the SCP v1.00, will there be information/warning ones or is it left out to be proprietary values?

Earlier drafts contained some sample values but they were removed.

One example: if the AlertCode indicates an unknown template id,
then the AlertValue could contain the template id in question.

This part of the spec needs more discussion.

I would guess that we will arrive at a decision where it is
allowed to use local (app-specific) values in addition to some
standardized use cases.
