We are pleased to announce a successful deployment of the Fi(XML) Processor at Options Clearing Corporation (OCC). The Fi(XML) Processor, a scalable and pluggable server application, allows testing team at OCC import millions of FIXML records from a streaming source into a relational database. Dependently on the complexity of the XML records, the average throughput achieved varies between 800 to 1800 records per second.
Fi(XML) Processor consists of a configurable multi-threaded processing engine and a pluggable sink architecture allowing incoming XML records to arrive from a variety of input sources such as SOAP, CORBA, MQ Series or plain files. The application runs under UNIX Solaris, Linux and Windows operating systems.
