Our Client is developing global, European based team offering financing with customised risk management capabilities. This development would be aligned with this strategy. Our Client is in the initial stages of this offering so this development team will influence the details of the strategy.
3 years min Risk Management industry experience
Stable operations and support track record for the solutions built Interested in a dynamic, changing environment that includes:
*Multi-asset class focus
*Building from the ground up leveraging industry
tools for most efficient support
*Industry leader
*Key contributor to defining and executing a
comprehensive business strategy for risk
management over all asset classes
Strong collaboration skills within team and across industry, CIS and Cargill.
Excellent communication skills and wiliness to listen and understand the business opportunity nd challenges. Excited about applying technology to solve the issues and move the business strategy forward.

Technology risk management
Technology: Microsoft centric technologies in NT environment, Oracle knowledge of FIX or working with FIX connectivity teams:-
8 years of Risk development experience
3 years successful team leaderships of 3 to 5 developers, with potential / aspirations to lead several small teams in 2 – 4 years.
2 to 3 years solid design experience including successful, full life cycle implementation of designs in a risk management solution
Good communication skills and wiliness to teach others.
Experience in project management Enjoys leadership but also willing to perform develop role as needed
Minimum of 3 years of risk management industry experience
