FIX.4.0: removing CALCULATED when receiving busted fills

Hi there,

I have 2 questions regarding execution reports :

1:
Is it allowed to use busted fills to cancel execution reports with OrdStatus "calculated" ?

2:
lets say the following execution reports were received by the buy side after sending an single
order :
a) order ack
b) partial fill
c) fill
d) calculated

now the whole order process id done.
what happens if a busted fill is received which cancels c) ? is message d) invalid by receiving this cancelation ? or does the cancelation for d) need another busted fill ?
(which means that question 1. is answered with "yes")

or does it mean that after receiving d) no cancelations can be done for messages that arrived before d) ?

another thing that is not clear to me is if c) is needed at all as the specs state that OrdStatus "calculated" means that the order is either filled or done for the day. so would a) b) d) be a valid messageflow ?
