Does anyone know what is meant by "zero-plus tick" and "zero-minus tick" ?

zero-plus tick
A price which is the same as the previous transaction price, but is greater than the most recent different transaction price. also called zero uptick. opposite of zero-minus tick.
zero-minus tick
A price which is the same as the previous transaction price, but is less than the most recent different transaction price. also called zero downtick. opposite of zero-plus tick.

I see someone beat me to replying. 
Also note that a lot of systems don’t differentiate between plus ticks and zero-plus ticks, etc. so the zero-plus and zero-minus are collapsed into plus and minus, respectively.
