In version 4.3 can I get what specific messages have been defined for bonds?

There were no new messages added to FIX 4.3 specifically for Fixed Income securities, rather the existing set of messages were extended to support Fixed Income trading. See "Volume 7 - PRODUCT: FIXED INCOME". For a more itemized list, search for "Fixed Income" within the Release Notes document.
