Is there a link to 4.4 - specific information anywhere on the web site? I’ve not been able to locate it if there is.

If not, can someone please forward a current, draft version of the 4.4 specification?

The first draft of FIX 4.4 is not scheduled to be released until Feb 18, 2003

Note that the current Fixed Income-specific proposed changes are in a document named "Gap Analysis" within "FPL Organization", "Global Fixed Income".
