How is FIX related to ISO8583?, we are currently using ISO in our Web Banking product development, for we have used it in ATM machines for a long time to communicate to a host and we have had good results in implementing this protocol in bank-oriented applications using web servers, however we may be interested in migrating to a new standard as long as this standard meets our needs and is widely supported by the industry.
Is there anyone of you who is planning to or has already embraced FIX in web-based baking applications?
Thanks in advance

I think you should implement ISO8583 to FIX and vise versa…
What kind of your current messaging format.
Do you use ISO8583 directly at Internet Cloud ?
I think FIX have more flexibility for internet messaging. Of course your ISO8583 network become just ‘legacy system’…
